Booking, cancellation and changes policy
The booking is confirmed once availability is validated and payment is made, on the terms set out at the time of booking. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during periods of high demand.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the service date. Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours beforehand may result in partial retention of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in duly justified exceptional cases.
Requests to change the date, time or conditions of the service are always subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but these cannot be guaranteed.
